A teen boy allegedly attacks a girl after they had been texting
FLORIDA (WKOW) - Many have called a case of "text-rage." A boy would attack a young girl after texting.
A few hours after the teen from Florida, Wayne Treacy was charged with beating 15-year-old Josie Ratley, he told investigators that it was because she sent a text message on his brother's death.
Treacy told ABC, "I remember she said something about my brother's death and that really put me off."
Now Treacy is accused of attempted murder first degree Ratley punching in the head, crushing his head on the pavement, and kicked with steel-toed shoes.
Treacy said: "Usually when I am angry he is right now, because I can just vent and other things. But I do not know, I could not feel calm down.
